How can I cancel an Order?
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 838 7919 with your order number to hand. As long as your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it immediately and no money will be debited from your card.
If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) at your own cost within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total of the goods back on your card. Postage and insurance are not refundable
What if my goods are faulty?
All products supplied by Greatvaluegolf are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty. If an item is faulty through normal use within 12 months of being purchased please return the item to the address below. We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item, and at their discretion, they will either repair, replace or return the item to you. If we feel there is no manufacturing fault we will return the item to you. If the item is found to be faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that you incurred when the item was returned.
What if my goods are damaged during delivery?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact our returns department with details of your original order number on 0845 838 7919 or Email us at returns@greatvaluegolf.co.uk within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items, but should this not be possible we shall issue a refund. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
What if I am unhappy with an item?
If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging - within seven days for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. We are however unable to issue refunds for golf equipment that shows evidence of having been used or on custom made products unless they are faulty.
back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
How can I return an Item?
Please send your faulty product or an item you wish to exchange to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, TNT, Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
