* Delivery outside of mainland UK is subject to our couriers rates. If, however, you are located outside of mainland UK and your order is small in size and weight, we will be able to use Royal Mail's services. Please call us on 0845 838 7919 to discuss your requirements.

When will my goods be delivered?

We aim to deliver most goods within three to five working days. Galvin Green orders, owing to the size of the range, we cannot keep all items in stock. On occasions this can create delays owing to their direct delivery from Sweden. If you have not received your goods after 5 days, please contact us by e-mail at sales at greatvaluegolf.co.uk, or call 0845 838 7919, with your order number to hand. We will do our best to resolve the matter immediately. Please allow an extra day for delivery of personalised items such as custom-fit clubs or logoed balls.  If you are outside the UK, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Orders placed after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day.

Because we rely on the services of third party couriers, there may be rare instances, when they fail to perform the required level of service.  In this event we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of any item

Although we normally stock all the products advertised in our catalogue, there may be occasions when we need to place an order from the manufacturer. In this event we will contact you personally to inform you when your goods will be delivered.

What if no-one is available to sign for the goods?

Orders can be delivered to your home or work place and are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays). We require a signature for all deliveries, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign the courier will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery.

How can I cancel an Order?

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 838 7919  with your order number to hand. As long as your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it immediately and refund your card.

If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) at your own cost within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total of the goods back on your card. Postage and insurance are not refundable.
