All products supplied by Greatvaluegolf are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty. We will give you a straight swap at our expense if the item is under 2 months old. After that time the manufacturer will either repair, replace the item at their discretion.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact our returns department with details of your original order number on 0845 838 7919 or Email us at returns@greatvaluegolf.co.uk within seven days of delivery We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
All other products within the 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee should be sent back to the address below. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault.
What if I am unhappy with an item?
If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging - within seven days for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. We are however unable to issue refunds for golf equipment that shows evidence of having been used or on custom made products unless they are faulty.
If you send a product that is not faulty back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
How can I return an Item?
Please send your faulty product or an item you wish to exchange to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
